To apply for membership fill out membership application online form.

Optionally you can print out PAC MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM and MEMBER INFORMATION INTAKE form, fill them out and mail to the PAC office in Hamtramck, MI.

Fees:

• a $55.00 application fee should be included with the application for membership (Non- refundable)
• the $55.00 will be applied to the yearly dues for the first year of membership
• membership fees are due in January of each year.
